Patty PeteccaPatty is a former dance teacher with over 30 years of experience. She started various styles of dance classes at a very young age at Studio Theatre. She progressed to an assistant teacher that led to teaching full time. Patty was the lead in many productions as well as backstage and office manager. She is also a former dance studio owner and several of her students went on to have successful careers in the field of dance. She started Miss Pat’s Dance Studio in her hometown of Painesville, Ohio. With four students; her two sons, a niece and a neighbor, her business quickly grew to almost one hundred students within her first year. Patty also taught dance at area pre-schools and for Western Reserve Fine Arts Association, a non-profit, located in Madison, Ohio.
Her retail experience is extensive. Currently she is a shift leader/key carrier at Opening Night in Gahanna. You can often find her sitting on the floor fitting pointe shoes. Formerly, Patty was chosen to be a trainer for Giant Eagle grocery stores. In that role, she was part of a team that was responsible for the development of procedures to streamline processes across all departments. Prior to that, Patty was a successful manager of Peebles Department Store in Madison, Ohio. Earlier in her retail career, she achieved Pacesetter status and was the tenth top account opener for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores throughout the country. She was chosen to be a sales and customer service trainer, MIC, assistant and a department manager.
Patty and her husband Bill, moved to Reynoldsburg in 2019 from Painesville. They have two adult sons, and a daughter in law.
Besides dance and going to performances, Patty and her husband enjoy watching movies and spending time together. Patty has also been called Pat in the Hat and has read Dr. Seuss to school children. She also enjoys bird watching, reading, writing and most recently karaoke. Patty has run several 5Ks, a few half marathons and triathlons. She enjoys doing puzzles with her 86 year old mother and watching the Cleveland Browns games with her 93 year old Step Father.

Amie LoveAmie Love is a theatre arts educator currently teaching at Fort Hayes Metropolitan Education Center in Columbus, Ohio. She is a native of North Carolina and a lifelong artist having been involved in theatre and dance from a very early age. Amie holds a bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts Education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has earned teaching credentials in both North Carolina and Ohio. In her career, she has taught students in grades pre-K thru 12 in the dramatic arts. The arts and storytelling is a passion of hers. In addition to teaching and directing, Amie has served on curriculum development committees in both Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (NC), and Columbus City Schools (OH). She has held the leadership positions of Department Chair of Glenn High School’s performing arts department in Kernersville, NC, and Vice President of North Carolina Theatre Arts Educators Association. Amie and her husband Eugene live in New Albany, OH with their two children, Clara and Gabriel and mini poodle, Cerin.

Jyothi Vourganti Cherry, M.B.A.Jyothi is Sr Director Finance for Penumbra. In this role, she partners with the International commercial leaders for markets in LATAM and APAC to drive their business locally and expand access to Penumbra’s lifesaving innovative products which treat aneurysm, stroke and blood clots.
Jyothi has over twenty-five years of experience with influencing financial and strategic decisions. In prior Finance roles at Cordis, Cardinal Health, Elmer’s Products, Limited Brands and Unilever, she helped translate finance, industry and competitive insights into effective business strategies to deliver efficiency, consistency and value. She started her career as a hands-on leader and Management consultant for Deloitte.
Passionate about the performing arts, Jyothi has always been an avid supporter of local dance, theatre and music organizations. She has also supported the community as a volunteer on the New Directions Career Center Board, United Way of Central Ohio Finance Committee, Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA) Midwest Region Treasurer and Finance/Audit Committee.
Jyothi received an undergraduate Business degree from Miami University and has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
As an avid global traveler, she has visited over 45 countries and island territories. She currently lives in New Albany, OH with her husband and two daughters.

Katie RooneyKatie Rooney is the Chief Marketing Officer for USCF, an asset management firm on the leading edge of exchange-traded product (ETP) and exchange-traded fund (ETF) innovation. The firm broke new ground with the launch of the first oil ETP, the United States Oil Fund, LP (USO), in 2006. Over the next decade, USCF has designed and issued nine more ETPs and ETFs, across commodity and equity asset classes. The Walnut Creek, CA based firm has approximately $6.5 billion under management.
Katie brings over 20 years of experience in the fund industry to USCF. Ms. Rooney is responsible for marketing, brand management and overall product distribution. She has been with the company since inception and previously served as National Sales Director. Prior to joining USCF, Ms. Rooney was Director of Business Development for the Ameristock Mutual Fund. She also served as National Sales Director for ALPS Mutual Fund Services and as a Trust Officer for Fifth Third Bank.
Katie is also a member of the Board of Directors for USCF’s parent company, Concierge Technologies, Inc (Ticker: CNCG). A global holding company, Concierge invests in, and builds, great companies. Their mission is to identify and acquire established, profitable, undervalued companies in diverse sectors, and manage the portfolio to facilitate growth and add value for all stakeholders.
Katie and her family are active in the arts community and enjoy supporting local organizations like the New Albany Community Foundation and New Vision Dance Company for which Ms. Rooney currently serves on the Board of Directors. Ms. Rooney received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology with a minor in Art History from Wellesely College. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses as well as NFA Series 3 and 30 registrations. Katie is a registered representative of ALPS Distributors, Inc.

Eric M. JoynerEric Joyner serves as the SVP, Commercial Enablement & Customer Experience for the $190B Pharmaceutical Segment at Cardinal Health. In his role, he is responsible for all commercial and customer operations functions, including Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Analytics, and others. Eric also serves as Cardinal’s representative for the Mid-Ohio Food Collective Board of Trustees, where he serves as Vice-Chair.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Eric had an 11-year career with Equifax, where he served as SVP, Chief Marketing Officer for their Workforce Solutions business, and as SVP, Global Pricing Leader for the company. His experience with the company provided him with the opportunity to lead teams across the world, including in South America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. His career also includes 10-year in the telecommunications industry with AT&T and Sprint Corporation, in Marketing, Pricing, and Strategy roles.
Originally from Maryland, Eric has been a part of the Columbus community since 2013, when he and his family made the decision to move to New Albany from their previous home of Atlanta, GA. Eric is married to Maureen, an Emergency Medicine Physician here in the city, and they have two children, Darrin (14) and Aeva (12). Outside of his professional endeavors, Eric enjoys photography and videography, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with his family. He lends his time to capturing photographs for various organizations in New Albany, including musical theater performances, and athletic teams at the school. As service is also important to him, he has also given his time to organizations such as LifeCare Alliance, Junior Achievement, and Jack and Jill of America.
Eric received a Bachlelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sheryl R. SmithMs. Smith is the National Market Director for Power in the Environmental Sector at TRC Companies, Inc., with more than 40 years of technical, financial and market analysis experience in the development and management of solid waste and power projects. She develops and executes market strategies for growth with utility and energy clients, leading a national team of Power Account managers. Her role is to drive the team to provide creative and sustainable solutions for their clients’ environmental needs, while identifying the services that differentiate TRC from our competitors. Her expertise is in the beneficial reuse of coal ash, solid and industrial waste market analysis, data collection and management, and biomass sourcing studies.
She is the Immediate Past President and former President, Vice President and Sponsorship Director of the Women’s Energy Network, Ohio Chapter, and is on the Advisory Board of the Short North Stage. She has chaired various committees in the past including volunteer management at wine tasting events at the Short North Stage, and family education programs and fundraisers through other organizations she has belonged to. She was a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America, Ohio Chapter, for over 20 years, holding all offices including President, and was the web master, and training chair.
She loves supporting the arts and attends performances of Short North Stage, Columbus Jazz Orchestra, and the Columbus Symphony. She also supports and participates in programs at the Columbus Museum of Art, Franklin Park Conservatory, the Columbus Zoo, the Wilds, and Wexner Center for the Arts.
She has two adult married children and a grandson and cherishes the time they can all spend together. She also loves spending time with her family and friends, power walking, Pilates, lifting weights, hiking, reading, travel, cooking, museums, listening to jazz and rock and roll and attending local theater productions and outdoor concerts.
Her dance experience includes jazz, modern dance and tap lessons and productions in high school, jazz and tap lessons after college, and recent adult belly dance lessons.
She has a Master of Engineering (Civil) from Cornell University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Jenn RachubaJennifer (Jenn) Rachuba serves as the Vice President of Commercial Enablement for the Pharmaceutical Segment at Cardinal Health, in Dublin, Ohio. In her role, she is responsible for commercial and customer operations functions, including Customer Contracting, Onboarding and Compliance, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, and others. Jenn has worked for Cardinal Health for almost 20 years, holding various roles within Finance, Account Management, Sales, and Sales Operations. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, she worked for Marathon Oil Company in Findlay, Ohio.
Born and raised in Ohio, Jenn is married to her husband, Adam, who teaches Math at Hilliard Davidson Highschool. She has two daughters, Harper (15), and Lucy (11). Outside of work, Jenn enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and attending her children’s various extracurricular activities (including competitive dance).
Jenn received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, and has a MBA from the University of Findlay.
